RanMatch aims to provide a respectful and safe community where adults can find sport and activity partners. These Guidelines apply to all conduct connected with RanMatch, including profiles, photos, messages, audio, activities, ratings, reports, and in-person meetings.
1. Be authentic and honest
- Use current and accurate information that belongs to you.
- Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
- Do not misrepresent photos, age, skill, location, or verification information.
- Do not create fake interactions, ratings, or attendance records.
Profile verification is one safety layer; it is not a guarantee of identity or conduct.
2. Communicate respectfully
Harassment, bullying, degrading conduct, threats, repeated unwanted messages, stalking, blackmail, hate speech, and discrimination are prohibited. Respect a user’s decision not to communicate.
Unwanted sexual content or propositions, nudity, threats of sexual violence, and non-consensual sexual conduct are prohibited. RanMatch is not a dating or sexual-content platform.
3. Do not endanger safety
- Do not promote violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or criminal conduct.
- Do not conceal material risks, required equipment, or the skill level of an activity.
- Do not pressure others to consume alcohol or drugs or engage in unsafe conduct.
- Do not promote weapons, illegal substances, or unlawful products or services.
If there is immediate danger, do not rely on an in-app report; contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
4. Child safety
RanMatch is for people aged 18 and over. Accounts held by minors, invitations directing minors to the Service, and any content involving child sexual exploitation or endangerment are strictly prohibited. Where appropriate, relevant content and accounts may be reported to competent authorities.
5. Respect privacy and location
- Do not disclose another person’s address, phone number, exact location, private messages, images, or other personal information without permission.
- Share meeting locations only with relevant participants and only as necessary.
- Obtain all required consent and legal permission before recording or publishing a private conversation.
- Do not scrape profile or activity information for surveillance, targeting, or profiling.
6. Fraud and commercial misuse
Requests for money, investment or crypto solicitations, phishing, fake charities, multi-level marketing, spam, unauthorized advertising, and similar deception are prohibited. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a RanMatch account or subscription entitlement.
7. Follow laws and respect rights
Use only content you have the right to share. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. Do not use RanMatch to organize, promote, or facilitate unlawful activity.
8. Responsibilities of activity organizers
Describe the activity, time, location, capacity, difficulty, and necessary equipment accurately. Notify participants of material changes in a timely way. Treat participants equally and respectfully; do not impose discriminatory or unsafe participation requirements.
The organizer is responsible for any permit, insurance, license, supervision, or professional qualification required for the activity. Do not imply that RanMatch has approved or manages the activity.
9. Messages, photos, and audio
Messages and media must comply with these Guidelines. Do not send malicious files, unauthorized personal data, non-consensual images, exploitative content, or deceptive links. Stop contacting a recipient who asks you to stop.
10. Reporting and blocking
Use the in-app “Report” tool when you see a violation and provide accurate context where possible. You can block a user to stop interaction. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or manipulative reports are also violations.

11. Review and enforcement
RanMatch may review reports, relevant content, and account history. Depending on the severity and recurrence of a violation, action may include content removal, a warning, feature restriction, reduced visibility, a verification/rating correction, temporary suspension, or permanent account deletion.
A report alone does not automatically lead to a penalty. Some details may not be shared with the reporting or reported person for privacy or safety reasons. If you believe a decision is wrong, you may appeal through support@ranmatch.com.
12. Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines to address new risks, product features, or legal requirements. We will provide an appropriate notice of material changes.
